The hotel offers nice, spacious, and clean rooms, although my check-in experience wasn't smooth. The service was exceptional overall, but one bar attendant was quite unfriendly. The location is excellent, near Paulista Avenue, making it easy to find transportation. The dining options were of great quality and had a good variety, including gluten-free choices.

I had a mixed experience during my stay at the hotel. The rooms were very spacious, with a perfect work table, excellent wifi, a big comfortable bed, and a nice bathroom. However, the rooms could use some refurbishment, lacked luxury amenities, and there was no iron as advertised. Despite this, the hotel did not match what I had booked initially.
